Non-compete clause

Many employment agreements contain non-compete clauses. A non-compete clause, including a non-solicitation clause, regularly gives rise to conflict between an employer and a (former) employee. It is in the interest of both parties that a non-compete clause is worded very carefully. DAAN Advocatuur & Notariaat in Arnhem can offer support in preparing a non-compete clause, but also in the litigation relating to breaches or the (partial) nullification of a non-compete clause.
